Success requires emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ). This programme is positioned within the context of leadership, personal development and performance improvement and enables participants to learn to apply the principles of Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence in the workplace to improve individual, team and organisational performance.

    • Debate the distinction between spirituality and religion
    • Evaluate the relevance of SQ, EQ, IQ and PQ for organisations
    • Examine SQ, EQ, IQ and PQ principles and models
    • Evaluate the process of applying SQ, EQ, IQ and PQ in the workplace
    • Communicate professionally in the workplace
    • Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems
    • Understand the key principles and techniques of healthy living
    • Critically examine the relevance of personal intelligence (IQ, PQ, EQ and SQ) for individual and organisational performance
    • Examine the relationship between quantum physics and SQ
    • Critically evaluate the application of SQ and EQ principles and models at a personal and organisational level
    • Critically assess leadership effectiveness using the SQ and EQ framework
    • Assess the value of integrating issues related to ethics and corporate social investment in leadership
  • A Certificate of Competence will be awarded to all students who successfully submit and pass their assignments, and exams*
  • A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all students who successfully submit and pass their assignments
  • A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to students who attended the training session
