Project Management

The programme investigates the basic components of project management, by exploring the basic terminology used in project management. It further focuses on managing the technical aspects of project management such as budgets, plans, time scheduling and quality. It also explores the critical issues of managing people and the potential power struggles between the many stakeholders affected by the project. The programme links all this information to the project life-cycle and shows how this life-cycle impacts on the delivery and management of all projects.
